Great location and the two bedroom and two bath definitely suited our needs. Updated towels and toiletries would be a pl Positive: The location was perfect! Plus, the large kitchen and living room with huge windows was a plus. We were in town with our teenagers for a conference so we needed to be close to the convention center and Lucas oil Stadium. Negative: There is construction currently so the address listed was unacceptable and we weren’t aware of this. It was a little confusing when we arrived at night, but the owner answered our call immediately and was able to direct us to the right place and give us the updated code and address since the building is huge.

Disappointing experience Positive: Die Lage in Zentrum von Indianapolis war gut. Negative: This Airbnb was, unfortunately, a complete disappointment for our family of five. From the pictures, the place looked neat and welcoming, but the reality was very different. First of all, the organization was a disaster. It took us around 20 minutes just to get into the building, as the entrance was locked with a code that had never been shared with us in advance. Despite the host’s promise to provide all necessary information in time, we had to call them upon arrival to even gain access (additional costs with non-US mobile). Sleeping arrangements were another major issue. Originally, we had booked for four people, but after asking months in advance, we were assured that it would not be a problem to come with five. Unfortunately, no proper sleeping arrangements were prepared. No additional bed was set up, and we had to make the sofa ourselves using some bedding we found after searching the apartment. Communication was generally very poor. We were given no details about the Wi-Fi - neither the network name nor the password - which is something that should be standard. We had to request the WiFi-data by e-mail and got an answer after around 12 hours. None of the e-mails received showed a personal contact name of the sender. Cleanliness was unacceptable. The black bed sheets had strange bright stains, the bathroom rugs were covered in crumbs, and we even found a dead fly in one of the beds. Furthermore, we found a chewing gum sticking in the trash can of one room and a hair clip in one of the bedside tables. The overall impression was that the apartment had not been cleaned properly before our stay, if at all. All in all, this was a very disappointing experience and far below the standard one would expect! We decided to leave the apartment after one night, even though two nights were planned, in order to get out of the uncomfortable flat. This, of course caused additional costs.

Love being able to be downtown. There is a parking garage across the street at the Hilton. Positive: The place was very beautiful and clean, walking distance to everything downtown. There is several restaurants places within walking distance. Excellent communication. Negative: The place didn’t have enough wash clothes. There were 4 of us and we had 6 towels and 3 washcloths. They didn’t provide laundry detergent to wash towels.

Great place! Positive: Great location! Answered all questions in a timely manner. The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Great price. Would definitely stay again
